Vintundra wurde im Sommer 2008 von Marvin (Drums) und Met (Gitarre) gegründet. Kurze Zeit später kam Martin (Gitarre) zur Band. Im Spätsommer 2010 stieg Kevin als Sänger in die Band ein.
